Description
Cortland County seeks a qualified contractor to furnish and install approximately 4,000 square feet of closed-cell spray polyurethane foam insulation, nominally 3 inches thick, in the courthouse attic. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, access equipment, preparation, protection, supervision, cleanup, and incidentals needed for a complete installation. Attendance at the pre-bid inspection is mandatory for proposal eligibility. Bidders must inspect the access conditions, application areas, substrate conditions, and protection requirements.
