Three Rivers Park District is issuing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to identify consulting firms for a five-year professional consulting services pool covering 2027-2031. The pool will support the Park District's Asset Management Program (AMP) and as-needed projects. Areas of practice include General Municipal/Civil Engineering, Surveying, Structural Engineering - Civil, Geotechnical Engineering, General Architecture, Architectural Structural Engineering, Planning, Landscape Architecture, Appraisals, Natural Resources Management, Cultural Resources, and Environmental Assessments. Firms may apply for multiple areas. The selection will be based on qualifications, experience, case study responses, competitive hourly rates, and commitment to equity. Submittals are due September 15, 2026, and must be sent electronically. The Park District intends to select multiple firms per area, with a minimum DBE goal of 10%.
