Description
The West Virginia Department of Transportation is soliciting bids for ten Articulate 360 AI team licenses or equal: four renewal licenses associated with subscription Sub-1539741 and six new licenses. The renewal period is explicitly stated as October 19, 2026, through October 19, 2027. The vendor must provide platform access, administrative credentials, and fully activated user subscriptions within 72 hours after receiving confirmation via delivery order. The vendor must sign and comply with the West Virginia Office of Technology cloud addendum, comply with applicable West Virginia artificial-intelligence policies, keep all transportation-agency data as state property, and must not use state data to train, fine-tune, or refine commercial or third-party AI models. Equal products are permitted if they meet or exceed the specifications and are accompanied by sufficient technical documentation. The pricing page must be completed with total costs for the requested contract items and projected costs for subsequent renewal terms.
