Description
The New York State Insurance Fund seeks a qualified vendor to provide and implement a modern, cloud-based workers' compensation claims management system. The solution will replace the existing legacy environment and support claims intake, reserving, payments, medical management, investigation and fraud, litigation, subrogation, correspondence, document management, workflow, regulatory reporting, analytics, integrations, and active and historical data migration. The procurement includes software-as-a-service, configuration and development, quality assurance, training, knowledge transfer, project management, phased rollout, production deployment, post-go-live support, and ongoing maintenance. The selected vendor will provide a solution hosted entirely within the United States and must address mandatory functionality, implementation methodology, security and vulnerability management, data protection, New York State compliance, staffing, subcontracting, and pricing. NYSIF anticipates awarding a single contract. Only vendors that submit the completed Intent to Bid Certification Document by the established deadline may submit a proposal.
