Description
Middletown Unified School District is requesting proposals for bundled dedicated Internet access and transport services at four district locations. The service must provide 1 Gbps at installation and be scalable from 1 Gbps to 5 Gbps during the agreement, with managed bundled firewall services, static IP addressing, Internet filtering, and domain name service included at no additional cost. The service must be an eligible Category One service and eligible for California Teleconnect Fund discounts. Proposals must include contractual recurring and nonrecurring pricing, applicable surcharges and taxes, implementation timelines, facilities and handoff requirements, bandwidth-change and network-modification procedures, support and repair resources, E-Rate discount methodology, a sample billing statement, SPIN numbers, at least three service references, and an industry-standard 24/7 service-level agreement. The agreement must be for at least two years, and proposals must be submitted as PDF files by email.
