Description
Alliance for Innovation (AFI) is soliciting proposals for Job Order Contracting (JOC) services. The program will use the TruPriceData(tm) Unit Price Book (UPB), powered by BNi(r) Building News cost data, accessed exclusively through the eConverge(tm) platform. Task order pricing will be calculated as UPB line item price multiplied by a Metro Area Multiplier and the awarded supplier's coefficient. Offerors must propose coefficients for normal working hours and other than normal hours. The work covers four workstreams: general construction, mechanical/electrical/plumbing, infrastructure and utilities, and specialty construction. Awarded suppliers must maintain an active eConverge(tm) subscription for the full contract term. Non pre-priced items are permitted under certain conditions and require documentation. The coefficient is weighted at 30% of the evaluation score.
