Description
San Mateo County Technology Services Department is soliciting a three-year renewal of its Silver Peak and Aruba EdgeConnect environment, including software and subscription licenses, EdgeConnect SD-WAN gateways and chassis maintenance renewals, technical support, and timely updates. The required subscription period is November 15, 2026, through November 14, 2029. The solicitation requires pricing for three annual payment periods and will not consider proposals requiring upfront payment of the full three-year amount. Bidders must be HPE Authorized Channel Partners, possess the HPE certification or specialization required to support the proposed sale and pricing, provide new products through the manufacturer or authorized channels, and submit a formal itemized quotation. The solicitation also requires active SAM registration and supporting documentation, including a SAM report and applicable certificates or licenses.
