The U.S. Department of Defense, through the Defense Logistics Agency, is soliciting the manufacture and supply of an engine supercharger identified by reference number 242-0267 and CAGE code 11083. Refurbished material is not acceptable, and the furnished item must conform to the specified design, marking, packaging, inspection, and acceptance requirements, including MIL-STD-130 and MIL-STD-2073. Only authorized distributors of the original manufacturer's item may be considered. Distributors must submit proof of authorization on company letterhead signed by a responsible company official. Non-manufacturers must identify the original equipment manufacturer, its CAGE code, and the offered part number. Award will use Lowest Price Technically Acceptable criteria. Drawings and technical data are not available, and the solicitation is issued under emergency acquisition authority.
