Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for a total of 54 bottles of moxifloxacin hydrochloride tablets, 400 mg, with 30 tablets per bottle, under NSN 6505-01-503-4772. The requirements are divided among six purchase requests with quantities of 12, 2, 4, 5, 16, and 15 bottles. The supplies must be delivered within 20 days after order, FOB destination, with destination inspection and acceptance. Packaging, preservation, marking, shelf-life, and shipping requirements apply, including a 36-month non-extendable shelf life, medical marking requirements, and applicable hazardous-material packaging provisions.
