Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking quotations for 19 units of tolnaftate powder, USP 1%, supplied in 45-gram units. The requirement consists of 7 units for one purchase request and 12 units for a second purchase request, both under NSN 6505-01-480-7897. The supplies must be delivered FOB destination within five days after order, with destination inspection and acceptance. Packaging, preservation, marking, and shipping must comply with the stated DLA and military requirements, including applicable medical packaging standards, MIL-STD-2073-1E, MIL-STD-129, hazardous-material requirements where applicable, and a 36-month non-extendable shelf-life requirement. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside, and quotations must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
