Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for 12 packages of docusate sodium capsules, USP, prescription-only, with each package containing 100 unit-dose 10 mg capsules. The item is identified by NSN 6505-00-163-7656 and must be supplied as an FDA-regulated drug. Delivery is required within 20 days after acknowledgment of the delivery order, FOB destination, to the designated military medical facility. The supplies must meet the stated shelf-life, packaging, marking, storage, inspection, and domestic-material requirements, including a 36-month non-extendable shelf life and storage at 20°C to 25°C.
