Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking one 28-gram unit of 20% benzocaine oral topical gel, NSN 6505-01-064-5769, under purchase request 7018339764. The item must meet the stated medical acquisition, packaging, marking, inspection, shelf-life, and domestic-material requirements, including a 36-month non-extendable shelf life and commercial packaging suitable for safe delivery. The quotation must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System. Delivery is FOB destination within 20 days after award to the specified military receiving activity at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The solicitation is not a small-business set-aside.
