Description
The City of Cleveland is soliciting bids for four cases of small flat-tray dog pooper scooper sets. Each set must include a handle and a flat spade, with no rake, and substitutions are not permitted. The quoted price must include delivery and all shipping charges. Bidders must provide the completed Request for Bid form and Terms and Conditions, Northern Ireland Affidavit, and Wage Theft Form.
