Description
The City of Charlemagne is soliciting bids for construction of a new signalized intersection at boulevard Celine-Dion and rue Grenier. The contract will be awarded based on the lowest price, although the city reserves the right to reject any or all submissions. A compliant bid must include bid security equal to at least 10% of the total bid amount, including taxes. The estimated contract period is seven months. Solicitation documents and amendments must be obtained through the SEAO electronic tendering system.
