Request for Proposal- Labor Relations The Housing Authority of the City of Vineland invites qualified firms to submit proposals for Labor Relations. Proposal documents may be obtained through the Housing Agency Marketplace eProcurement system at ha.internationaleprocurement.com (no "www"). Registration is free of charge. For assistance with registration or access, contact customer support at (866) 526-9266. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted through the eProcurement Marketplace no later than Monday, August 24, 2026 at 2:30 P.M. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Housing Agency Marketplace no later than Friday, September 4, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. prevailing time. Late submissions will not be accepted. Description
The Housing Authority of the City of Vineland is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide labor relations services. The scope of work includes advising on labor relations matters, potentially including collective bargaining, grievance handling, and other related services.
