Description
Kings Valley Academy II is soliciting proposals for Category 1 data transmission and internet access services at two locations: one 1 Gbps fiber internet circuit at each site. Each circuit must include a /29 block of static public IPv4 addresses, with five usable, externally facing addresses reachable from the internet without routing through a firewall or NAT. Bidders must provide pricing for 12-, 24-, and 36-month terms, with options for two voluntary one-year renewals; month-to-month proposals may also be considered. Pricing must include recurring charges, taxes, surcharges, usage fees, and one-time construction or installation costs, and must identify ineligible services separately. Installation and initial configuration are requested, and bidders must state service availability at each location and identify any required construction and estimated construction duration. Proposals will be evaluated primarily on cost, along with compatibility, E-Rate experience, prior experience with the school, completeness, and other direct or indirect costs.
