Description
Clarkstown Central School District is soliciting separate prime contracts for Phase 2A and 2B district-wide air-conditioning projects at Woodglen Elementary School and Lakewood Elementary School. The contract packages include General Construction (GC-01), Mechanical HVAC Construction (MC-01), Electrical Construction (EC-01), and Window Construction (WC-01), covering common-space HVAC and general improvements. Bidders must submit sealed proposals with required attachments and either a certified check or bid bond equal to 5% of the bid. The successful bidders must provide 100% performance and labor-and-materials payment bonds, insurance, financial and qualification information, and evidence of similar completed projects. Two apparent low bidders for each prime contract may be required to attend scope review meetings.
