Description
The Town of Winchester is soliciting sealed bids for bituminous concrete paving, cold planing, and adjusting castings. This project has an estimated value of $1,992,750. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as Pavement/Surfacing will be required. Bids must be clearly marked with the bidder's name and address, Department of Public Works, description of bid item(s), date, time, and place of opening, and bid number. No bid will be accepted after the specified time and date.
