Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is soliciting 800 units of black molded recycled-plastic tap-rail lumber, nominally 5/4 inches by 8 inches, with each piece 12 feet long. The material must withstand constant ground contact and support ADA accessibility objectives for an accessible trail. This is a firm-fixed-price supply requirement with delivery coordinated by refuge staff during approximately September–October 2026. Delivery tickets identifying the material type and quantity must be provided to the on-site government representative. Offers must include the completed and signed SF 1449, company information and UEI, evidence of technical capability, up to three similar past-performance references, and detailed pricing. Amendment 0001 must also be acknowledged before the offer deadline.
