This is a COBID informational notification, not an open solicitation. The Oregon Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Asset Management division, intends to directly appoint Carlson Testing, Inc. for an architecture and engineering-related services contract supporting the Yellow Parking Lot Upgrades project 635.007 in Salem, Oregon. The anticipated services include independent onsite and, when necessary, offsite inspections and testing of epoxy injection, concrete, masonry, mortar and grout, structural and reinforcing steel, high-strength bolting, erection, welding, fire stopping, and fire-resistive work. Appropriate special-inspection certifications are required. Documentation is required for site visits, special inspections, testing services performed throughout construction, and contract administration duties. Oregon COBID-certified businesses with the appropriate credentials may submit protests by the stated bid-opening deadline.
