Description
The Cincinnati Veterans Administration Medical Center (VAMC) in Ft. Thomas, KY, requires a comprehensive roof inspection. The scope of work includes providing a detailed report with an executive summary, an infrared moisture survey, annotated roof plans identifying areas of concern, an assessment of the roof decking and structural framing, and recommendations for repairs or replacement. This is a non-personnel services contract. The place of performance is the Cincinnati VAMC at 1000 S Ft Thomas Ave, Fort Thomas, KY 41075. The total period of performance shall not exceed three months.
