Description
The City of Sharonville is soliciting sealed proposals from qualified contractors for the Fire Station Bay Door Replacement Project at Fire Station 86. This project involves the removal and replacement of eight existing apparatus bay doors with new insulated, commercial-grade overhead sectional doors. The scope of work also includes the installation of electric door operators, associated electrical work, safety systems, weather sealing, testing, and commissioning. Contractors are strongly encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting proposals. Proposal documents and project specifications are available upon request from the Sharonville Fire Department. An optional pre-bid meeting and site visit may be scheduled upon request. This project is subject to Ohio Revised Code provisions, including prevailing wage requirements, bid guaranty, and bonding requirements. The Sharonville Fire Department reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
