Description
Metcon, Inc., serving as construction manager for Robeson Community College, is requesting prequalification submissions from interested first-tier trade partners for a new approximately 27,000 GSF, single-story Healthcare Education Building. The facility will include healthcare laboratories, classrooms, training rooms, administrative offices, and support areas. The project includes sitework and landscaping; structural concrete and steel; masonry and exterior wall systems; roofing; doors, windows, storefront, and curtain wall; interior framing and finishes; casework; and complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Listed bid packages include general trades, cleaning, concrete, masonry, structural steel, waterproofing, wall panels, roofing, doors and hardware, storefront, drywall, tile, ceilings, flooring, painting, signage, specialties, casework, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, sitework, and landscaping. Prequalification information and required documentation must be submitted electronically through TradeTapp and BuildingConnected.
