Description
The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a quotation for 12 volumetric flasks, NSN 6640-01-386-4514, under purchase request 7018249108. The quoted item must identify the source and part number; alternate offers require a complete data package for evaluation because adequate evaluation data is not available at the procurement agency. The solicitation identifies Krackeler Scientific, Inc. part number 7-4000-0100 as an approved product reference. Supplies must be commercially packaged in sealed unit containers and suitable exterior shipping containers, with marking in accordance with Medical Marking Standard No. 1 and the applicable military packaging and marking requirements. Delivery is FOB destination, with a stated delivery period of 46 days after order, to the DLA distribution facility in Tracy, California. All quotes must be submitted through the DLA Internet Bid Board System.
