The New Bedford Housing Authority invites Contractors to submit Bids for Siding Replacement Phase 3-Presidential Heights, NBHA #027-2026 in New Bedford, Massachusetts, in accordance with the documents prepared by AJA Architects + Design Build. The Project consists of: Remove existing siding and install new cement siding system including related corner boards, weather barrier, sealants, painting and associated work as required. Estimated cost $224,000.00. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 11/12/2026 at 10:00AM EST for general bids. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 §44A-J & to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.149 §§26 to 27H inclusive. This project is being electronically bid and hard copy bids will not be accepted. All Bids shall be submitted online at www.biddocs.com & received no later than the date & time specified. General bidders must be certified by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance in the category of General Building Construction & must submit a current DCAMM Certificate of Eligibility & signed DCAMM Prime/General Contractor Update Statement. General Bids due: 11/16/2026, 2:00PM EST & publicly opened online, forthwith. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than 5% of the greatest possible bid amount (including all alternates) & made payable to the New Bedford Housing Authority.
