PUBLIC NOTICE OF BID/RFP/RFQ McHenry County will accept electronic submissions for RFP 26-9488 Nurse Agen-cy Utilization at Valley Hi Nursing Home and Rehab-ilitation due no later than 9:00 AM (CST), November 23, 2026. This Solicitation is issued by the Procurement Division of McHenry County, Woodstock, IL 60098. Description
McHenry County seeks one or more qualified firms to provide licensed registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants for various shifts at Valley Hi Nursing Home and Rehabilitation. Proposals must describe the process and requirements for scheduling, current personnel availability, shift coverage and guaranteed monthly coverage pricing (including applicable shift differentials), volume discounts, and the availability of a consistent pool of nurses. Vendors must also agree to the County’s net-30 payment terms and identify any exceptions. The proposal package includes a mandatory pricing page, references page, certifications page, and signature page, as well as a W-9. The solicitation requests three similar-work references from the past 12 months, with email addresses, and requires electronic submission as a PDF. The contract term is December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, subject to continuing need and available funds; multiple awards may be made.
