Description
Safford Unified School District 1 is seeking quotes for one synchronous 10 Gbps internet access and data transmission service, serving six eligible entities. The requested Category One service includes installation and initial configuration. Quotes must separately identify eligible and ineligible costs, include all applicable fees and Arizona sales tax, display the provider's SPIN and FCC Form 470 number 270001393, and remain valid for the life of the contract. The provider must offer the applicant either SPI or BEAR invoicing. Proposed pricing must comply with the FCC Lowest Corresponding Price requirements, and the proposed equipment and services must comply with FCC Order 19-121 prohibiting covered Huawei, ZTE, or other designated national-security-threat equipment or services. This is not a formal sealed-bid or RFP process; procurements exceeding $100,000 must be tied to an approved state master, cooperative purchasing, or compliant consortium contract.
