Description
Suffolk Regional Off-Track Betting Corporation is soliciting bids for 708 replacement hotel doors at Jake's 58 Casino Hotel. The scope includes field measurement, individualized fabrication, hardware preparation, finish matching, labeling, packaging, offsite staging, and phased delivery; installation is excluded. The base scope covers doors on Floors 3 through 10, including 90-minute fire-rated doors, unrated guest-room bathroom doors, and associated bidder-furnished hardware and preparations. The selected contractor must demonstrate at least five years of relevant commercial wood-door experience, provide three comparable completed projects within the last five years, including one project involving at least 200 doors, and demonstrate capacity for monthly releases of 10 to 100 doors. Delivery must be completed within 36 months after Notice to Proceed. A mandatory site visit is required, and a labeled white-oak veneer finish sample must be submitted by the bid deadline. Bids are evaluated on best value, including price, technical compliance, phased-delivery capability, qualifications, references, and service responsiveness.
