Description
Brunswick County seeks a vendor to augment its IT cybersecurity staff with managed security services. The scope includes a cloud-based, fully outsourced SIEM with setup, integration, tuning, reporting, and log retention; a U.S.-based SOC providing 24/7/365 monitoring, incident investigation, response, and escalation; and MDR integrated with the County’s SentinelOne environment. The SIEM must support 90 days of hot log data and 275 days of cold storage and integrate with the County’s cloud and on-premises systems. The requested services also include regular internal vulnerability scanning, external penetration testing of 75 public-facing addresses, and a patching solution for County endpoints. Vendors must provide separate pricing for each service and complete the attached cost analysis. The proposal must include an implementation plan and schedule, detailed pricing, company and personnel qualifications, subcontractor information, at least three relevant references, a certificate of insurance, and the completed Form of Proposal and Appendix B. The contract is intended to have a one-year initial term with two one-year renewal options.
