Description
The City of Tomah is soliciting qualified developers and/or builders to propose residential projects on two city-owned greenfield sites: an approximately 5-acre Brownell Street parcel and an approximately 4-acre Jefferson Street parcel. The Brownell Street project is intended to include multifamily housing with a portion of affordable units, while the Jefferson Street project is intended for two-family or smaller-scale multifamily housing consistent with surrounding residential uses. Both sites are being rezoned to R-3 Residential and are adjacent to public utilities and street improvements. Respondents must provide evidence of development capacity, team organization, relevant experience, financial capacity, municipal references, and a general project approach addressing development concepts, collaboration with the City, negotiation of a developer agreement, and a tentative schedule. The complete response, including appendices, must be submitted as one PDF. The City expects to shortlist up to three teams for interviews and may proceed to negotiate a developer agreement with the selected team.
