This Master Agreement (MA) provides for the procurement of accessible high roof conversion vans, available in both gasoline (Internal Combustion Engine - ICE) and Battery Electric Vehicle (BEV) models. The agreement is effective from August 23, 2024, through July 31, 2029. The vans are intended for transportation services for low-income, elderly, and/or disabled passengers, children, and general transportation needs. Key specifications include high roof dual rear wheel long wheelbase conversion vans, compliant with ADA regulations, and equipped with rear entrance wheelchair lifts and modified to accept curbside dual leaf transit style doors. The vehicles must not have their OEM chassis warranties voided or OEM safety devices disabled. Two floor plan options are available: one for six ambulatory passengers plus two wheelchair positions, and another for eight ambulatory passengers plus two wheelchair positions. The agreement also outlines options for hybrid or battery electric drivetrains, with specific technical requirements for each. Bidders must provide detailed specifications, warranty information, and delivery schedules. The contract includes provisions for pricing adjustments based on the Producer Price Index (PPI) for future orders and mandates compliance with Buy America requirements.
