Description
St. Paul's School is soliciting proposals for three service categories: symmetric fiber internet access with 500 Mbps, 1 Gbps, and 2 Gbps pricing tiers; basic maintenance of internal connections, including break/fix support, cabling diagnostics, configuration maintenance, and technical support; and managed internal broadband services, including 24/7/365 monitoring, remote administration, network management and repair, reporting, helpdesk support, and installation or configuration of eligible network components. Bidders must itemize eligible and ineligible costs, taxes, surcharges, equipment, labor, management fees, and any installation or configuration charges. The proposal must include a valid 498 ID (SPIN), identify the Lowest Corresponding Price, address SPI and BEAR payment options, and comply with E-Rate funding and local board approval contingencies. Category 1 proposals may offer three- or five-year terms with two 12-month extensions; Category 2 proposals must provide separate one-, two-, and three-year pricing options. Prior experience in school, school district, or library environments and proximity of the vendor's service center are scored evaluation factors.
