Description
The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection intends to purchase proprietary Environmental Quality Information System (EQuIS) services from EarthSoft, Inc. The scope includes extending the existing EQuIS license portfolio, renewing hosting and software maintenance, and providing additional training and technical services to support the Department’s continued use and full build-out of its customized EQuIS platform. The Department has used EQuIS since 2015 to gather and report water-quality data to the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the public in support of federal Clean Water Act obligations. This is a due-diligence notice seeking any other interested and qualified vendor able to provide the same proprietary product or a comparable product or service. Responses must include evidence of qualification and interest, along with information regarding comparable products. Online submission through COMMBUYS is required.
