Description
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention is seeking annual maintenance and subscription support for four Government-owned perpetual ITASCA licenses: two 3DEC licenses, one FLAC3D license, and one Griddle license. The requirement includes uninterrupted access, subscription renewals, software upgrades, patches, security updates, license activation and renewal support, updated modeling libraries, and remote technical support for installation, configuration, troubleshooting, model performance, licensing, and compatibility issues. The contract is a firm-fixed-price, 12-month purchase order with an anticipated performance period of September 17, 2026, through September 16, 2027. The contractor must be the original developer or an authorized distributor of the ITASCA software. No custom development or on-site services are required. Quotations must include firm-fixed unit and extended prices for each CLIN, total pricing, quoter information, license coverage confirmation for each listed serial number, and an affirmative disclosure of any planned or potential artificial-intelligence use; an AI Compliance and Risk Management Plan is required if AI use is identified.
