Description
The Virginia Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services is seeking proposals for comprehensive workplace culture and operational assessments throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia. The contractor must assess workforce, leadership practices, organizational culture, employee relations, turnover, retention, staffing, engagement, operational trends, and related systemic issues through data analysis, interviews, focus groups, stakeholder meetings, and facility visits. The contractor must produce written assessment reports with findings, root-cause analysis, strengths, improvement opportunities, and prioritized recommendations. The scope also includes co-developing intervention plans, leadership and workforce training, executive and supervisor coaching, change-management support, implementation assistance, progress monitoring, and performance metrics. The initial contract term is one year, with three optional one-year renewals. Additional DBHDS facilities and departments may use the contract by mutual agreement and purchase order.
