Description
Pamunkey Regional Library is soliciting proposals for fully managed dedicated Internet access with transport service or broadband business Internet solutions. The procurement covers four locations: three sites requiring at least 100 Mbps download and upload service, with incremental bandwidth options from 100 Mbps through 1 Gbps, and one site requiring at least 500 Mbps symmetrical service, with options from 500 Mbps through 1 Gbps. Proposals must include all monthly recurring, non-recurring, and special construction charges; static IP addresses with at least a /29 address space; router lease options and pricing when applicable; demarcation-point delivery within each building; and responsibility for site delivery, construction, permitting, pathways, and rights-of-way. Services must be dedicated, provide committed minimum bandwidth without usage caps or throttling, support SPI discount billing, and comply with applicable FCC supply-chain restrictions. The requested service effective date is July 1, 2027. Contracted-service proposals should include 36-month pricing, with two additional 12-month renewal options permitted unless the offer is month-to-month.
