Description
Chesterfield County seeks a contractor to provide labor and materials for on-call repairs at County-owned and Chesterfield County Public Schools buildings. Work may include repairing or replacing brick, concrete masonry units, mortar joints, control and expansion joints, precast sill stones, concrete slabs and retaining walls, and structural steel; installing reinforcement; and cleaning and sealing masonry. The scope also includes shoring, corrosion treatment, and related repair work. Individual projects under the contract may not exceed $500,000. This is a requirements contract with an initial one-year term and four successive one-year renewal options. Bidders must submit the completed cover page, Bid Form, and Attachment A, provide Virginia Class A contractor license information, and provide at least three references. Bids may be submitted electronically through the County eProcurement system or as a sealed hard-copy bid.
