Description
The Societe quebecoise des infrastructures is conducting an open competitive procurement for technical services to remove snow from the roofs of four buildings: two in Val-d'Or and two in Senneterre, Quebec. The required service is expected to begin on or about December 1, 2026, and continue for three seasons. Bidders must maintain a permanent establishment in Quebec or an applicable intergovernmental-agreement jurisdiction. The awarded services must be Quebec or otherwise Canadian services under the applicable Quebec regulation. No bid security or site visit is required. The solicitation recommends electronic submission through SEAO, while paper submissions are also accepted at the specified receiving counter.
