Description
The project involves modifications to the Sugar Grove Pumping Station, including construction of a new dry well equipped with pumps, piping, and valves. Work also includes installing a mechanically cleaned bar screen and screenings wash press in the wet well, new odor-control equipment, and miscellaneous mechanical, electrical, and controls modifications. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Bid security equal to 10% of the bidder's maximum bid price is required. Bidders must attend the pre-bid conference and be recorded as plan holders; bids from non-attendees or bidders not on the plan holders list may be considered nonresponsive.
