Description
The Delaware Department of Transportation is soliciting bids for the supply and delivery of reinforced concrete pipe in 12-, 15-, 18-, 24-, and 30-inch diameters, Class IV, across four district sections. Bidders may bid on one or multiple sections but must bid on every item within any section selected. Estimated quantities total 360 linear feet of 12-inch pipe, 328 linear feet of 15-inch pipe, 400 linear feet of 18-inch pipe, 360 linear feet of 24-inch pipe, and 166 linear feet of 30-inch pipe. Quantities are estimates with no guaranteed minimum contract quantities or values. The contract is a one-year supply contract from execution, with two additional one-year renewal options and a possible month-to-month extension of up to three months. Deliveries are required within 10 working days after written or electronic notification, during maintenance-yard business hours, on an F.O.B. destination, freight-prepaid-and-allowed basis. Vendors must provide electronic material-weight tickets through the Department's ticketing portal, maintain required ticketing-system uptime, identify delivery vehicles, and complete supplier integration testing before shipping. The bid package requires several completed forms and a bid price workbook; the bid bond and performance bond requirements are waived.
