Description
Irvine Ranch Water District is soliciting bids from prequalified bidders for the Baker Water Treatment Plant CIP Piping Replacement project. The work includes demolition of floor slabs and walls; modifications to existing drain lines, cleanouts, air-release-valve discharge piping, and supports; trenching and installation of a new CIP concrete containment trench; removal and installation of CIP piping and supports; coating of the new concrete trench and CIP piping; and touch-up coating along eyewash-station piping. The procurement is restricted to contractors on the project bidders list, and prequalification for this project is closed. The estimated bid value is $300,000.00, with a 180-calendar-day project duration beginning on the date of notice of award. A mandatory onsite pre-bid meeting and site visit are required. Electronic bidding is required, and the award is on a lump-sum basis.
