Description
The City of Tuscaloosa is soliciting bids for interior renovations to the first-floor lobby of City Hall Annex 3. The scope includes furnishing and installing a new security desk, upgrading finishes, reconfiguring one office, and performing associated electrical and mechanical work. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is mandatory for general contractors intending to submit a bid. Plans, specifications, and related contract documents are available digitally and may also be ordered in hard copy. Electronic bids may be submitted through the designated bidding portal. The contract is expected to be awarded within 60 calendar days after bid opening.
