Description
The City of Caledonia is seeking proposals from developers, nonprofit organizations, or other entities to purchase and develop a 12-acre parcel of vacant, undeveloped city-owned land known as Doering Estates Phase II. The site is near a high and middle school and will abut the planned N Warrior Avenue extension to Highway 76. Proposals should describe a development that provides meaningful public benefit while creating productive, tax-generating use.
