Description
The Charter Township of Chesterfield is seeking bids from purchasers for its Township-owned property known as Private Park #4 in the Birchgrove Subdivision. There is no minimum bid price, and the sale is for cash. Bidders must submit the provided Agreement to Purchase Real Estate, completed without modifications and signed by an authorized individual. The bid must include the required authority documentation for the signatory and a signed, notarized statement of non-collusion. The property is sold “as is.”
