Description
Round Rock Independent School District is soliciting fundraising services from multiple vendors under Request for Proposal 27-015. Vendors may submit responses during the solicitation offering period, with responses evaluated and accepted or rejected periodically and awards made incrementally upon acceptance. The fundraiser permit application requires company information, descriptions of the products or services offered, pricing and suggested retail prices, anticipated profit percentage, marketing methods, guarantees, representative support services, additional fees, merchandise-return policies, and applicable school levels. Vendors must also provide catalogs, brochures, order forms, or similar materials. The solicitation replaces contract 22-015, which expires June 30, 2026; vendors currently operating under that contract are required to respond to continue doing business with the district. Electronic submission through the district's eROC procurement application is preferred, while paper bids are legally accepted. The solicitation package includes the General Provisions, Fundraiser Permit Application, and Legal Ad. The General Provisions require applicable certifications and an authorized signature, and establish insurance requirements before services begin, including workers' compensation, comprehensive liability, and automobile liability coverage.
