Description
The University of Alabama in Huntsville is seeking a qualified contractor to conduct a feasibility study for a multi-year, thematic fundraising campaign supporting education, research, student scholarships, faculty recognition, infrastructure, programming, and related institutional priorities. The study must assess the affinity and capacity of contactable alumni, corporate and foundation fundraising opportunities, regional donor prospects, and the University's advancement personnel, infrastructure, and cost requirements. Deliverables include a mid-project presentation, a final report, and a final presentation identifying recommended fundraising targets, timelines, and likelihood of success. Proposers must demonstrate at least three years of experience conducting similar projects for similarly sized or larger universities, provide assigned staff lists and resumes or vitae, at least three references with contacts, and a sample feasibility study or shareable portion thereof. The anticipated contract period is up to nine months, and the proposal will be evaluated on cost, technical approach, and relevant experience and references.
