Description
Santa Fe Community College is requesting professional campus planning and design services to update its 2021 Institutional Campus Master Plan. The scope includes enrollment and program analysis; current and future space needs; conceptual campus development options; facilities and site improvement sequencing; design guidelines; implementation strategies; integration with strategic and technology planning; sustainability planning; funding strategies; utilities planning; safety and security assessment; and an update to the Facilities Condition Assessment and Facilities Condition Index. The selected firm will facilitate engagement with the College’s Master Plan Committee, Governing Board, campus groups, and community stakeholders through interviews, workshops, briefings, review sessions, and presentations. Deliverables include a final master plan report, meeting agendas and minutes, draft-plan review phases, presentation materials, display boards, models, and related presentation aids. The plan is intended to establish a 20-year framework for capital improvements and is expected to support adoption by March 2027. Proposals must address the evaluation criteria, provide qualifications and relevant experience, describe methodology and schedule, and include a phase-by-phase cost proposal with applicable gross receipts tax shown separately.
