Description
The U.S. Geological Survey's Montana Cooperative Research Unit requires one new pull-behind, two-axle travel trailer/camper to support remote wildlife disease and threatened-species research. The trailer must be approximately 35 feet long, bumper-pull rather than fifth-wheel, hard-bodied, equipped with one slide-out, and capable of sleeping at least eight people with at least three separate double beds or larger. Required features include an interior refrigerator, sink, stove, bathroom, heating and air conditioning, water and waste holding tanks, propane tanks, electric brakes, and related utility prewiring. The trailer must meet or exceed the stated specifications modeled on a 2025 Forest River RV Vibe 28QB. The requirement is for new equipment, with delivery fees included in the quotation. Vendors must be located within the United States and within 500 miles of Missoula, Montana, or be willing to deliver the trailer there. The government will evaluate technical compliance and price and intends to award to the lowest-priced technically acceptable quotation.
