Description
The Town of La Plata is soliciting bids for construction of the Southwest Quadrant Regional Force Main, McCrone Project C1200005 (Town Bid No. RFB-27-001). The work includes installing approximately 4,229 linear feet of 10-inch HDPE DR 11 force main, valves and fittings, two air-release valve vaults, and one blow-off vault. Approximately 1,849 linear feet must be installed by directional drilling, with connections to an existing 8-inch force main and an existing manhole. A pre-bid conference is scheduled, but attendance is encouraged rather than mandatory.
