Description
The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services seeks access to two DRI International web-based training courses: Government/Business Continuity Review (GCP 501), a two-day refresher course with an online qualifying examination, and Government/Public Sector Continuity (GCLE 2000), a four-day course with interactive exercises, continuity-planning instruction, and an online public-sector examination. Each course must include course access, the applicable examination, a certificate of completion, and release of examination results after certificate issuance. The solicitation lists 25 seats for each course and requires a firm-fixed-price quotation covering the training and examination services. The requirement is noncompetitive and identifies DRI International as the intended source because the Government requires DRI-specific curriculum and examination/certification processes. Responses from other sources must demonstrate technical capability, personnel qualifications, project-management approach, relevant past performance or commercial experience, accessibility compliance, delivery schedule, and pricing.
